Exclusive rights to print (15 ea). of the digital version of the Love Lives Here Pattern. This is a wholesale price given to Leslie Lawrence at Material Mart Quilt Shop and cannot be transferrable.
This digital pattern is to be used for classroom purposes only and can only be printed 15 times for the class. Material Mart Quilt Shop will be charged $5 per copied pattern for a total of $75 per month for rights to print the pattern 15 times for the offered class.
Any patterns from SuzysSitcom, including this Banner Series, may not be printed to sell at the Material Mart Quilt Shop without express written permission by Susan Myers of SuzysSitcom. Any patterns from SuzysSitcom, including this Banner Series, may not be sold digitally by Material Mart Quilt Shop.
By purchasing the patterns at wholesale, Material Mart Quilt Shop is agreeing to the above terms.
